This picture is of Jeremiah and I looking at Silver Falls just this past weekend. Jessica took it of us while we were hiking there from our campground. I just love this photo.
The way Jeremiah just holds on to me for protection warms my fatherly heart. But it also makes me think. Will I love my second son the way I do my first? It is something that I’ve been thinking on for a while now. Jess is due on September 1st, just 12 weeks away. I’ve already forgotten what it was like to hold Jeremiah in the palm of my hand.
